Chef’s kiss! I normally wear a size 14/15 in shoes plus my foot is wide ugh. But these skates are perfect in size 16 for my foot. Finally have skates in my size! Thanks BigShoes.com.
ZYX Inline Skates
Perfect fif
He loves them and it is so hard to find things his size…. He has already tried them out and being a mechanic?…. He loves the way they are constructed…..
I purchased these for my 16yo brother and he loves them!! I got him a size 16 (his shoe size is 15.5) and they fit him super well. He had no complaints about them when we went skating this past week, I highly recommend!
ZYX Inline Skates
The left skate seamed to be adjusted well with the wheel housing being pretty balanced in the middle of my foot. However the right one was positioned too far towards my big toe. So putting my weight on it resulted in the skate wanting to lean outward, so i took them off and tried to adjust the bracket over a bit towards the middle of my foot. Only problem is one of the bolts holding on the bracket for the right foot was cross threaded very badly, and my 4mm allen key was stripping it out, so i had to take a torque bit and hammer it in the hopes that i could get the bolt oit that way. Success! I got the bolt out, and was able to move it over. I put the skate on my foot and it was perfect! I could balance on one foot and it felt like my weight was perfectly on top of the wheels. And then SNAP! The whole wheel bracket snapped off, the threads inside the skate were so badly damaged from either me struggling to remove them, or the manufacturers putting them in so hard they screwed them up. Either way, i dont see how this could be my fault since you're supposed to be able to remove and adjust the bracket. And i was using the correct allen bit for it. Not to mention im only about 190lbs 6'2" If I could find another set of size 16 skates on the internet i would just buy them. This is my only option though, so im going to go to Fastenall tomorrow and see if i can get better T nuts to replace the ones in the boot that got stripped out. Im goinna make this skate MORE robust than it was from the factory! >:D Update. I found some helicoil thread drop in replacements in 6mm x 1.0 thread and i was able to replace the threading and the bolts with more robust stuff. the old stuff was stainless steel, with 4mm hex key sockets. now i have some high carbon 5mm socket hardware. so hopefully no more stripping. I didn't get these from this website BTW. but I thought this info would be useful to others in my position. got my thread drop ins from an auto parts store. best of luck to others! :)
I ordered these skates because size 16 inline skates are rare. These are decent skates for my leisure/fitness purposes. The boot is very comfortable, yet sturdy, and easy to lace up/fasten.
Shipped really quickly and they fit comfortable.
Its not easy finding a size 17 in anything for my 16 yo son. I was thrilled to find skates! They came quick and work well.
When are you bringing back size 15?
When I got my skates I started skating and felt like one of my skates would never go straight it kept pulling away and when I turn the skate over to see what was wrong the skates were crooked and not lined up and now I’m waiting for a response back to see what they can do for me still waiting it’s been a week now
I want a pair but you dont have size 14 and that's what I wear
Got back into rollerblading this summer so I thought I'd update my old pair of Roces. Turns out the newer models run true to size, if not a hair over. Ordered the 16, but too big. Now I have the 15's and they are great but towards the end of my 13 mile route I can feel my left foot slipping. I'd still purchase these over and over again, they are so well crafted. Currently have about 50 miles on them and the wheels are about due to be rotated.
I have been a world class athlete my entire life. I am interested in what the max weight limit is in these Thanks
As an average size person , we take for granted all of the things that we are able to do with regular size shoe sizes. He was able to be involved in a activity that he has been excluded from. I am hope that you will also invent four wheel skates so that we have more options. Great fit. Great skates. Great experience.
