Ginormous shoes are hard enough to find anyway, The boots that I wanted only had two pairs left in size 16. And when the post office lost the pair I bought, big shoes customer service held the last pair for me while I got a lost claim started with the post office. Even before the process got started, they went ahead and shipped out the last pair of boots to me at no cost. I didn’t ask for that or imagine that they would provide that. But they did. I’m so happy with my new, very large boots and will definitely be a customer for life! Thank you big shoes!

I have just received my pair of brown size 17 medium width boots and I'm really really happy. They are of unbeatable quality and as comfortable as gloves. I would like to order the same model or others, but in black in the future, so I hope that new stocks of this brand keep appearing in the site. Please.
