Are FITS shoes available in wide widths?
FITS doesn't currently make wide widths in the sizes we stock — every FITS pair on the site is a standard (D) width. If you need a wider last, browse our brands that do offer 2E, 4E or 6E widths.
Do FITS shoes run true to size?

How fast does Big Shoes ship FITS orders?
US orders over $150 ship free. In-stock FITS orders typically ship the same business day when placed before our daily cutoff, otherwise the next business day, via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
Can I return FITS shoes if they don't fit?
Yes. Big Shoes accepts returns within 30 days on unworn FITS shoes in original packaging. Optional Redo Return Coverage at checkout adds free returns and exchanges.
